1. Does window film have to be dark or reflective to reduce heat in my home?

No. We are the exclusive dealer in San Antonio for V-KOOL which has a clear film with no shine that can block 94% of the Infrared Heat and 99% of the UV Rays coming through your windows.

2. Can I apply window film to my double pane or Low E windows?

Yes. Our films are safe for Double Pane and Low E windows. They even come with a written Manufacture's warranty that civers your windows for seal failure or stress fractures.

3. Will Solar Film obstruct my view?

No. Our clear films will not obstruct your view. It actually will enhance your view reducing the glare.


4. Is window film hard to maintain and clean?

No. Window film is virtually maintance free. Cleaning is easy use a soft cloth or squeegee and any window cleaner. Do not use any abrasives or scrapers. It is always best to clean windows when direct sun and heat is not on them.

5. Isn't window film expensive?

No. The average installation cost is less than most other window treatments. Actually, your investment in window film will return dividendsin the form of reduced air conditioning and heating cost, and protection against costly fading.

6. Will window film damage my plants?

No. Actually window film help your plants by keeping them from burning and still lets them have the visible light they need.


7. Can window film really reduce sun damage (fading) in my home?

 
Yes. 40% of what causes fading is UV Rays which all of our films block 99% of, 25% is caused by Infrared heat which we can block up to 98% of and 25% is caused by visible light which we block up to 80% of depending on how much you prefer to block. The last contributor to fading  (10%) is dye fastness and chemicals in the air which we cannot control.
